Extruded Products

Extrusions and billets are the primary extruded products produced by Aleris Europe. We manufacture a wide range of soft and hard alloy extrusions with eight presses at four plants in Western Europe and one plant in China. Additional equipment at certain plants allows us to process profiles even further. Aleris Europe has its own casting facility at Aleris Aluminum in Bonn, Germany, where they have been casting billets for more than 60 years.
