Aleris produces light-gauge foil products in 1100, 3003, and other made-to-order alloys in thicknesses as light as .002 inches (.005 cm). Aleris also has the capability to coat light-gauge products with an epoxy or vinyl coating that further broadens the number of potential applications for aluminum use. Aleris manufactures these light-gauge plain and coated products for:

• Semi-rigid foil container packaging
• Commercial and residential heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and fin stock segments
• Automotive heat exchangers
