Michael J. Hobey
Vice President and Treasurer
Michael J. Hobey has served as Vice President and Treasurer in July 2009. Mr. Hobey joined Aleris in June 2006 as Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup Global Markets. Prior to joining Citigroup in 2001, Mr. Hobey held various engineering roles at Boeing. He earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
